Let’s help make Canterbury Neighborhood a fun place to be this Halloween weekend! On Saturday, October 27th, Canterbury Neighborhood Association would like to invite you to participate in a two-part event trick-or-treating with the little ones followed by a potluck block party. Come to one or both. We hope you can join us!

TRICK-OR-TREATING
4pm–5:30pm: Children (and their adults) can dress up in their Halloween costumes and go trick-or-treating throughout the neighborhood. Please hang an orange balloon (provided) in a spot visible from the street so the adults will know which houses their children should approach.

BLOCK PARTY
5:30pm–8pm: A potluck-style block party will be set up on 56th Street between Carvel and Crestview. CNA will provide hotdogs, along with some festive glow bracelets and treats for the kids. Please bring a dish to share, your own beverages, and chairs.

Trick-or-treat for as long as you wish, and/or come by to say “hi” and socialize with your fellow neighbors over food and drink. It will be a spooky good time!

Notes: This is event is in addition to standard Indianapolis trick-or-treating hours on October 31st. In the event that we need to cancel or adjust plans due to inclement weather, we will send an additional email and update the Facebook event accordingly.
